Celeste Beauty Max is a Black woman-owned and operated business located in rural Red Wing, Minnesota. Established in October 2022 and operating since August 2023, it descends from the momentum of the C.R.O.W.N. Act and serves as a safe space for all natural curl patterns. The business is committed to creating equity and equal access to hair care supplies and products for all who feel excluded from hair care's mainstream retail.
